Student loan experts at the National Consumer Law Center’s (NCLC) Student Loan Borrower Assistance Project have created a series of help videos designed to explain borrowers’ repayment options as rapid changes in policy and funding create confusion. The videos, produced in partnership with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), examine a wide range of student loan topics to help borrowers manage their student loans.
